Return Policy

What is Nefuriba's return policy?


We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your product(s) by mail within 14 days of the purchase date. 30 days are allowed for international order.

Nefuriba will grant free return for a product when:

  • the product was misprinted
  • the product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
  • the product does not match the fulfillment information
    (e.g., the printed image is incorrect, the product is the wrong color or wrong type).

If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


Nefuriba has the sole discretion to grant a replace of a printed product.

In order to request a return, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to  via email at return@nefuriba.com.com within 14 days of purchase date. 30 days for international order.

For clarification, Nefuriba will not grant a return or replace a product solely because:

  • the shipping provider did not complete delivery/the delivery was late
In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Customed or Personalized items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please before sending your purchase back to our manufacturer, email us at return@nefuriba.com with clearly stated your issue.

Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, you will receive a replacement of your order.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping return:

Before returning your product to Nefuriba
it is advised to wait for further instructions!

In case you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable.

You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method.
We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked.

Nefuriba is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
